Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


❗ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Treatment services or digital products


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

This ensures the fastest processing and availability of stock.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
