Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
Honey Skin Boutique is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We are happy to assist with enquiries but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels delayed or lost in transit.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
